Broadcasting Application Forms
Applications for ICT Licences should be made on the appropriate application form. For ICT Networks and Services that primarily concern telephony, i.e those that include one or more of the following:
- Fixed Wireless Network
- Broadcast Network
- Public Service Television Broadcasting
- Subscription Television Broadcasting
- Sound Broadcasting
that form is ICTA Form 3. It is available below in both Acrobat and MS Word format.
