Introduction

The Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Authority Law, in section 9, authorizes the Authority "to investigate and resolve complaints from consumers and service providers concerning provision of ICT services and ICT networks".

Each licensee is required by its licence to develop, implement and publish procedures for responding to complaints.

Most complaints can be resolved by dealing directly with the Telecoms, Broadcaster or Internet company, and this should be your first step. However, if you are not satisfied with the way your complaint is handled, you may refer the matter to the Authority
